Planned Giving
A planned gift is a donation that requires financial, tax or estate planning.
The Brome-Missisquoi Caregiver Support Group accepts the following planned gifts:
- Immediate planned gifts: donation of securities, donation of real estate, donation of a life insurance policy.
- Future or deferred planned gifts: donation in a will, life insurance policy donation, charitable annuity, charitable trust.

What are the steps?
- Consider your personal, family and tax situation.
- Consult a professional to discuss and for guidance in the appropriate option for you (a financial advisor or planner, accountant, tax specialist, notary, lawyer).
- Inform your loved ones and the recipient organization if you wish.
